Privacy Policy

This policy covers all Dune Tools Discord bots: VoteBot, BorrowBot, JobBot, DogBot, and SpiceRunner (collectively, "the Bots").

1. Overview

The Bots are Discord bots that provide community management features for Dune: Awakening guilds, including recruitment voting, item lending, job tracking, server monitoring, and spice haul management. This policy explains what data the Bots collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

When you interact with any of the Bots, the following data may be recorded:

Data is stored in SQLite databases on a private server controlled by the Bot operator. Data is associated with your Discord User ID and the Guild ID of the server where the interaction occurred.

You may request deletion of your data at any time:

Upon a valid request, your User ID and all associated records will be removed from the database.

8. Third-Party Services

The Bots run on Discord's platform and are subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. The Bot operator has no control over data Discord itself collects.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Bots after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
